Our evening registration will give you the opportunity to collect conference materials, access badge, book optional Monday activities (if applicable) and meet other delegates and the Team.

Join us at the Conference Hotel
Hilton Rose Hall, Montego Bay, to register and pick up your conference material and access badge. If you cannot join us, registration will be available Thursday Morning between 8am - 10am.

What does my Conference Fee cover?
All conference session, materials, Gala Dinner and local transfer for the conference. Flights, trabsfers and Accommodation are extra.
Can I sign up for my Breakout Sessions ahead of time?
Yes you can. Joining Instructions will be sent in June 2020 and you will be able to indicate a session of choice. But don't worry. If you change your mind when you get there, just let us know, we will get you to the right place.
Do I need to attend all sessions?
Attendance is not mandatory, we hope that if you have made the investment that you would like to get the full expereince.
Will there be transportation from the Airport to the Hotels
When you connect with Travel by Korin, she will confirm transfers in Jamaica.
Will there be transportation from other Hotels to the Conference Venue
At this time we cannot confirm. Once all hotel accommodation has been confirmed we will advise of shuttle services available.
Will there be vegetarian options on the menu?
It is an all inclusive resort and so vegetarian/vegan options are typically available .
Where can I get local currency.
We do recommend that you do you currency prior to travel. If you do not the Hotel does provide Local Bureau De Change details and will also change a limited amount of currency. US Dollars and not Jamaican Dollars recommended
Do I need a Visa to travel to the Jamaica.
USA Citizens do not. For all other Passport holders please check at link .https://www.pica.gov.jm/immigration
